My garrison has added pumpkins so far, but I'm just in the beginning stages of Hallows Eve.  If you want to get involved in Hallows Eve, there are tons of things to do, quests in your garrison, a special dungeon to chase down that headless Horseman mount. By the way, I'm still chasing it, 8 years in and no mount!

When you first log into your garrison you will find someone new visiting you, the come prepared. with decorations for sale and quests for you to complete.

New holiday quests Culling the Crew, Foul Fertilizer, Mutiny on the Boneship, and Smashing Squashlings reward  Spooky Supplies which can be turned in for Garrison decorations

 

The most exciting updates are Garrison Decorations:

•  Ghoulish Guises: "Dress your garrison's guards in festive costumes."
•  Hallow's Glow: "Pumpkins, candles and other decor for your garrison."
•  Seer's Invitation: "Invites an Arakkoa seer to your garrison."
•  Witch's Brew: "A Pandaren Brew Witch, who brings plenty of fresh brew for your garrison."
•  Creepy Crawlers: "A ghoulish box of spectral rats, maggots, and spiders."

The first person you will want to find is Orukan, the daily quest giver, they are located by your fountain. and the other person is your friendly decoration saleslady! Izzy Hollyfizzle has quite a bit of stuff for sale.

Izzy Hollyfizzle sells decorations and offers new daily quests.
Each Garrison Decoration costs 5  Spooky Supplies each. This is a new currency that is BoA.

•  Ghoulish Guises: "Dress your garrison's guards in festive costumes."
  

  • Changes the appearance of your guards to any of the following:  Hallowed Wand - Pirate,  Hallowed Wand - Ninja,  Hallowed Wand - Leper Gnome,  Hallowed Wand - Skeleton
•  Hallow's Glow: "Pumpkins, candles and other decor for your garrison."
  

  • Spawns pumpkins, lanterns, and a bonfire in your Garrison.
•  Seer's Invitation: "Invites an Arakkoa seer to your garrison."
  

  • Summons Spiritseer Ikalyi who says "This land is dense with the departed. My magic will make them feel more welcome here."
•  Witch's Brew: "A Pandaren Brew Witch, who brings plenty of fresh brew for your garrison."
  

  • Summons Brew-Witch Shadowpaw who sells  Mysterious Brew. This item turns you into a Pandaren alemental.
•  Creepy Crawlers: "A ghoulish box of spectral rats, maggots, and spiders."
  

  • This is the item you want to get if you're interested in pets and toys. Ghastly Rat, Ghost Maggot and Spectral Spinner are pets that will spawn your Garrison (they respawn instantly, so stay in one place if you want to proc a rare one spawning). This will also spawn Arachnis who has a chance to drop  Sack of Spectral Spiders.

 Spooky Supplies can be acquired by completing 4 daily quests. You pick these quests up in your Garrison and they send you to just west of Socrethar's Rise in Shadowmoon Valley. It will take 5 days of questing on one character to get all five decorations.

So, that took an awesome five minutes to complete, so what else is there to do, oh wait, I know!  That ghoulish headless horseman is a hard one to kill! It will take you and group of 4 friends a few minutes to knock that out repeatedly for the next two weeks, all in search of that mount!
Now to make a tidy profit from Hallows Eve, selling people wand casts for that all important achievement, tanking and healing services for the dungeon runs. Selling Weighted Jack O Lanterns, to turn all your friends into pumpkin heads.
